After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Susan worked corporate law in St. Louis, MO for several years. In 1995, out of her passion in helping real people with real needs, she established Muscari Law.



Susan takes a unique approach to the practice of law. Susan offers personalized and straight-forward guidance with a caring heart and a mind for the legal requirement in helping families find practical solutions to complex issues.



An expert in legal matters of estate planning, probate and business law, Susan is a frequent lecturer for business, civic and community organizations. Her expertise has been featured at seminars and presentations throughout the state, including Tulsa Federal Credit Union, Arvest Bank of Grove, American Heritage Bank, First National Bank of Broken Arrow, Alzheimer’s Association, Diabetes Association, Saint Francis Hospital, and Integris Hospital and countless churches and faith communities.

Susan is co-founder and Lead Attorney for The Peace of Mind Project, a public awareness initiative to educate, engage and empower individuals in putting their final affairs in order, before a health crisis or end-of-life.
